Some questions about templar, could need some advise!

Hi I have made a templar (pvp) and he is on half way, lvl 45..So I'd like to know some things...
Should I upgrade my armor (guardian angel) and shield (HoZ), how big will be their str req then? what weapon should I use wizardspike for res, mana and fcr(which is not important as I heard) or a hand of a blessed light with:
+2 to Paladin Skill levels
100% bonus to Attack Rating
15% Regenerate Mana
+50 Defense
5% chance to cast level 4 Fist of Heavens on striking
+2 to Fist of Heavens (Paladin only)
+4 Holy Bolt (Paladin only)
and up' it, this would give nice boost for foh...
btw what gloves should I use?

edit: does anyone know whats Griffon's Eye worth??

You'll want gloves with FCR I guess, so Magefist or the gloves from Trang Oul's set. (I'd say Magefist though, since the TO gloves don't really offer any other bonuses besides FCR)

If you have the resources, upping your armor is always a good idea. Beware that the defense of your HoZ will hardly improve if the %ed is low though. Strength for HoZ will become 142, strength for Guardian Angel 196 when upped.

Griffon's Eye goes for 1-9 Um (or slightly more) apperently, depending mostly on the % for extra damage and -enemy resist.

up'd hoz is about 160 I think
(someone correct me if I'm wrong)

My up'd ga had 1400+ def. which was kind of nice. But the str req is what killed my zealer. Now he's got a coh, and I feel of those str stat points just went to waste. (vitality anyone )
