Smiters help plz

I started a smiter recently and i have some questions i must clear for my setup.

So here we go:

Does Deadly strike work with smite?i read in the faq that it doesnt but i also heard that it works,( some of my friends tested this out)
How much ias i need for the last breakpoint and lvl 25 fana, if i use a pb, ba?

No, DS does not work with smite. Another 10% if with lvl 25 fana, so any pb with at least 10 ias on it will work or a simple bloodfist to reach 6fpa or 4.1 attacks per second.
