Smite IAS question.
Just a clarification question that probably has been asked millions of times.
The base speed of Smite is off of the base weapon speed, correct?
Meaning, if I use the tables found here, and am using a weapon with the base speed of -20, I'll need 20 ias in order to hit 6 frames with Fant. Correct?
