Yaddle's gear upon arrival was somewhat...lackluster. Her merc was struggling along with Malice in a plain lochaber axe, though he did have a Peace armor and a very nice blood helm with an open socket...but an eth beck-de-corbin dropped in the Outer Steppes, and the cube gave it 5sox, so Chalan now has a very nice Honor. For some reason, the Rockstopper helm that was her normal socket reward was gathering dust in her stash...I put it on her and socketed very nice jewels in her and her merc's helms. She had a beautiful caster belt...but on a normal base, so only two rows:yuck: I ended up crafting her a new one (with 4 rows), caster boots, blood gloves, hitpower weapon, and safety ring. I attempted a couple caster amulets, but they completely failed to match the rare she's wearing. She also got new runeword armor, weapon, and sheild, so I pretty much completely regeared her...
In the city of the damned, Yaddle got one of the first elite weapon drops I've gotten so far: a grey Walking Stick. Excited by the possibilities, Yaddle snatched it up, to discover that it was plain (no staffmods) and had a single socket...utterly useless, right? Well, not so fast...she threw it into the cube with three standard gems and got a blue walking stick with 2 sox and some nice staffmods...too bad she couldn't use it...at least not until she crafted it into this:

Yaddle very much enjoyed chasing down Oblivion Knights and beating them to death with her stick!! (though she left the doom knights to Chalan as much as possible... nasty stupid fire immunes...) With the other equipment and charm upgrades I gave her, Yaddle's resists are maxxed on her fighting switch with Blood Branch. Hellforge rune was Pul, but the real treat was that Hephasto dropped a
Mal!! By comparison, Diablo was downright stingy, dropping mostly rares and sets, with the few uniques being utter garbage... Yaddle got much better drops from the Chaos Sanctuary itself, especially the Grand Vizier, who dropped 3 vita small charms over the 10 runs!
