Hmmm, I'm afraid no points to skills above 12 for any reason, so I'll just have to be happy with the skill bonus from ice bolt for now
I'm pretty sure you can mule from your corspe, but if you had atma longer than me and know this is a fact please let us know.

Charges can be used because they are not techinally skills of the character. Items such as Enigma that give you +1 teleport can be used, but
NOT the skill teleport because it is level 18 skill, however the + fire ball from Trang-ouls set is allowed because it is a level 12 skill.
P.S. keep an eye on the rules because I add stuff as questions come up, Good Luck everyone!
EDIT: Items may be muled off and on a character as long as they were oringinally found by the character.
I'll be a little lenint towards the horde loving necros, you may use mages and skeletons HOWEVER you cannot choose amp damage, iron maidin, weaken, or terror. Leaves you with only Dim Vision... Also if you have those hordes of minions CE is prohibited. However if wish to avoid these limitations make up your own build like jiansonz did.
