Thanks for the offer! I have a question: what is the CTA made in?

I will probably take you up on this offer, unless someone wants to offer better.

And by better, I don't necessarily mean more:
It could be an extra Ist, yes, and I would just BIN.
Alternatively, better war travs even though it means no CTA.
Or a good HOTO and nothing else.
Or a better CTA and nothing else.

If you can add 3 Ist to that I would be tempted to just make the trade.

It might be below the anni price but I'm fine with that because I get the stuff that I need (hoto, arach) and use the Ists to get war travs and all of it will be a big improvement for my builds. (I'll probably need a CTA, too, but that can be a story for another time.)
