Searchable Item Database/Document?

Hi,

I am looking for a database, or even a text file or searchable document which contains all the stats for uniques, sets and hopefully runewords.

The idea is if I want to search for fire absorb, or crushing blow for examples I can find all/any items/runewords that have the property I am looking for and then decide on its availability.

Hopefully someone can help.

The "site:http://battle.net/diablo2exp/items/" defines that you want to search on the arreat summit, the "fire absorb" bit is the term you want to search items for.

Runeword information in downloadable PDF format.

Mods on items file no where as good as Squigi's though.

Check the bookmarks for other stuff.

I think for min/max stats on Uniques; it's the AS ftw! Let me know if you find a downloadable one, I'd be interested.

My soon to be first revision release pdf will have this functionality. I'm just slammed with work right now and haven't had time to finish it so I can release it.
