scammed by friend

a person that i have been playing diablo with since the start of 1.10 has just stole all my gear!! i mean ALL OF IT. 2 enigma xile sojs botd and 2 annis all gone why didnt he just scam me when he first met me. why wait forever then screw me after tons of xfers and tons of time playing. has this ever happend to u??


anyone got anything free 2 get me back on my feet...? us east ladder :cyclops:

sorry to hear man. I never trust anyone who i dont know personally or isnt a respected forum member for my xfering. Im not on ladder though, so good luck with getting back on your feet after being screwed over like that

Bah, had exactly the same in ladderseason 1. Costed me *only* one Enigma, Doom Ba, Upped. HoZ and a Griffon's :cheesy: Played with that guy since the early 1.09... an then.. :rant:

well skully i posted in 2 forums cuz i wanted to see if anyone has been screwed over like this and if anyone could help. im not a nOOb i just have nothing now 2 get back on my feet so i can mf. and i thought that more people would see in 2 forums. sooo help!!!!! :cheesy:

Well, see, here we frown not alone on posting the same thing in several threads and in several fora (why do you think they made several fora in the first place? So we'd have several copies of the same threads? Just don't do it, mk?), but also on begging. Post your begs in the giveaway thread (sticky in this forum), and just get on with playing the game - lots of people start (over) with nothing so wipe your eyes and prove that you're really not a n00b.

Not to worry, he has already posted in the giveaway thread. Though the post seems quite strange, there he says that he just started east ladder instead of being scammed by a friend :/

Most likely your friend gave his acct away to someone less friendly than he was. With so many people leaving the game, this kind of stuff can happen...
