Thanks! Honestly, the Azuerwrath was just to use it. It beat out Crescent Moon as secondary PB with Lawbringer. I don't think sanctuary stacks, it was mostly about magic and lightning to compliment fire from lawbringer, and physical once decrep proc'ed. But mostly to use Azurewrath
