Cause of demise: I was doing a Nith run in an 8 player game and I lagged after tossing one fury into the middle of Nith's pack. Needless to say, he didn't die and exploded a few corpses around me and when I un-lag I'm dead. Lost a perf griffs, +2 eth valor, 9 java gc's with + life, 19/20 zon torch, 18/19/9 anni and a near perf infinity on merc to name a few things. Ahh well, such is life.

Cause of demise: Well, it was about three in the morning, and I was running a Baal run with a couple of friends, and they wanted me to teleport. Well, of course, me being the Sorceress, I got pushed into it. No bo, nothing... So I'm a little risk-taker? Well, it was all flowing smoothly through the second level, and I stopped for about five seconds to say the quote below, then I continued forward. After getting to the throne, I proceeded up the level, and I was met by a unique gloam that had conviction aura and the Knights seemed to think it was hilarious to hit me with lower resists. Needless to say, I was raped with a sandpaper condom, covered with KY Sand Man© Lube.

Was going to do the 5 baal waves on NM for the first time with my fishymancer (named after nightfish) when a soul killer ran up to me hit me and died (and killed me). lost a +2 necro skills wand a skin of the vipermagi and a lot of uniques i didnt yet Xfer to my mule.

Spent too much time messing with NM cows. got pretty sloppy with her since she was fully synergized TK/eshield. Went into hell cows to try her out, thought I swapped weapons after prebuffing, teled near a boss pack (mana burn) bam, no mana, bam, bam, Alt + deeds F4. Caught the deeds screen right when the screen went to the desktop. Bah, that was my umteenth sorc this season, time for some other char.

Cause of demise: I was plowing thru monsters in act2 lost city with a sorc as backup. I was cocky and thoght it was easy even in nightmare and wanted some excitement after all those baalruns.
Suddendly I just heard a scream! wow, I was dead and felt totally empty. Somehow my front line of skeletons had split up and thru the front a sneaky fire enhanced extra stong beetle came up and one-hit KO'ed me... of course my 75% blockrate didnt help :( I was more stunned than upset. Didnt see it coming at all!
next time I will pay more attention and stay *behind* my skellies

Cause of demise: I was working my way down the telepad leg of the sanctuary. I'd already encountered two boss specter packs, both cursed/mana burn. It was slow going, but I dealt with them. Then I get a lag spike. I retreat back up the leg and boom! I'm right in the middle of another specter pack. One thousand-one, Oak goes down. One thosand-two, deeds.

Nothing of any real value was lost, spirit sword, Pcrown, Smoke, Rhyme. This guy was 100% untwinked. All in all he had pretty good run, but it could have ended better.:sad2:
