Well, shoulda been more carefull. I was helpin some folks in a game I had muled in. I killed Meph for em then tried Diablo, but didn't pay enough attention to the IM on my head in the cs. The trouble with zeal is that 5 hits with one click doesn't go well with IM.

Doing Hell act4 with my Sorc. Going was tough so I thought Id swop to druid, then swop back. Unfortunately I had stripped him of about 30-40% resists in the past :). That, combined with 2 bosses, lag (caused by umpteen FO sorcs), caused him to literally blow away :)
Saw it happening, Alt F4'd - but not fast enough :)

Ahh well - hadnt played him in about a month, so no real loss.

Ill rebuild him when I can next be bothered. Still working on my Blizz Sorc....

Had just found a tals off a hell baal run and since my only friend was in a baal game i decided i would mule it over there. I managed to xfer the armor and when i was done my friend asked if i could come down and lend them a hand. I said y not as they were only low 70s so i took the tp down and started to blizz the place up. 2nd or 3rd set of minions spawned with cursed and i was just thinking of tping 2 town to heal when i looked at the zon who had just come over 2 me...red armor, bone helm...i knew wat was coming, alt f4ed but no fast enuff...dint even see my deeds...

Cause of demise: Teleporting through WSK level 2, must have clicked right in the middle of a boss pack. I saw my life rapidly go down, so I tried to save and exit, but right as I clicked exit, I saw my deeds. Shouldn't have tele'd without BO/good gear... I had just gotten a Peasent Crown and Tal's Belt, and lost my best item: Wizardspike. Also lost 2 dwarf stars, butchers pupil, and full iratha set. Might not seem like much, but it was pretty much all my decent gear outside of LLD gear.

Cause of demise: Was doing some solo lvling to get up to NM Baal runs. I was in the city of the damned and doing fine cursing and skellies were owning everything when all of a sudden a bunch of bats drop from the ceiling and give me a little electroshock therapy. With in a second my skellies poped and i saw the dreaded deeds screen. I am mostly mad becuse i lost my Homoculus and Arm of King Leoric. Time to start again.....

Cause of demise: Rushing myself to hell hellforge as usual. Got to Act 3 Travincal. Placed little lvl 1 sorcy at back of council chambers after clearing all but 1 random packs of zealots and healers. Lvl 80 sorc goes in to kill council, lvl 1 waits, then the last remaining zealot decides to track my little lvl 1 and 2 hits later, before I had to chance to look at other comp and run back through the tp, Deeds.
Well, its my first death in a long time, so thought I'd still write about it.

Cause of demise: Not a clue, toric musta had some crazy enchant on him, cause he plowed through my full health (with BO, around 1500 life) and near max resists on all. I got the quest completed, but my deeds at the same time :( That was my first HC char since returning from 1.09.

After having whacked the Council, I went into the Durance to find the WP. I had encountered 4-5 packs of those little exploding b*****ds and had managed to survive while wiping them out--one death explosion would take off half my life, Holy Freeze didn't seem to slow them at all, and they seemed to ignore my merc completely, so they were difficult to deal with. I then ran into a Urdar (?, big stun guys) boss pack and got swarmed. No problem, but then a pack of those devil dolls ran up while I was Zealing. 1 hit--Boom! 2 hits--Boom! I was dead. Thankfully I had already muled my spare HoZ.
