Anyone know where I can get that information, meaning, how did anyone actually knew from the start that Urdars had CB?

Beats me. How did someone know from the start about nextdelay, breakpoints etc?

You can find this information in the monsters.txt file. The statistics boys can probably help you further.

You have to use an MPQ viewer to look at the files in patch_d2.mpq. You'll need a diablo 2 datafile that notes where the files are located in the archive. Then, you can view the .txt files in the MPQ.

It's probably much more deep than you would like, though - as it's not a big list of: "These monsters have CB"
