Resetting stats/skills

What's the SPF take on this? It'd be fairly easy to go 1.09, make a cookiecutter and reach 99, go 1.13 and respec?

You would lose a bunch of skill points doing that. I think you lose everything past level 88. Personally, I don't see the point of doing that, but since it's and official Blizzard patch, I don't see what's stopping you.

I read that there is no such thing actually. So a clvl 99 char with all quests completed receives full 110 skill points with respec. Need verification on this though.

I've already tested (and as I don't trade or give items it doesn't matter) and my lvl 94 sorc got all her 105 points back.
