I would like to take a moment and look at what prefix/suffix bowzon's really want on a grand charm.

Prefixes:

I have not included vita since the best vita requires an ilvl of 110.
I have included magicfind and goldfind since my list seems a little small.
Bowskillers are mainly useless unless you are using the elemental tree but the ilvl is the same as the passive skills.

If we cut out the magic and skill mods the ilvl of the charm as to be no higher than 35. This cuts out a few unwanted mods. Not as many as I had hoped, but a few.

Now if we are looking for monsters to drop ilvl 35 items where would we go? Also, how do we determine what the alvl of a charm is? I would guess that it would be prudent to kill afforementioned mlvl 35 monsters and only reroll those charms that had 2 unwanted affixes in the first place. Another good way would be too look at the affix of the charm and compare it to the list over at Arreat Summit. Find your affix on the list and look at the ilvl of the affix. (##)

any other suggestions? please.
 
yes, frw is great on a good bow zon (I always hate chasing countess around the burial grounds with a new char :D). My strafer just got a cats eye and now has 92% frw in addition to lvl 10 vigor from harmony on bow switch- it's amazing how fast she moves; of course this forced me to make use of angelic armor since I had to remove the angelic amulet.

Anyone know how to get a good ar level with out angelic ammy/rings?
 
FRW is nice. Gold find is useless IMO. I always have enough gold by picking up items worth 35K and selling them. The most useful from your list would be

FRW
MF
+ to dex
Resist charms (mostly Lit and cold, unless you have CBF from an item, then go for LIT and save the inventory space for something else.) Usually by the time you are halfway thru hell, your resists are high enough to be successful. To me, lightning is the most useful.
 
To me, the very best Bowazon GC is:

Sharp grand charm of Maiming:
Sharp +49-76 To Attack Rating +7-10 Maximum Damage (29)
Maiming +3-4 To Maximum Damage (71)

But it needs ilvl 71, so kind of takes away the point of this whole exersise.

Good charms (with lowish ilvl req) would be:

- Strength +3-6 To Strength (14)[5-6]

- Dexterity +3-6 To Dexterity (14)[5-6]
- Inertia 7% Faster Run/Walk (19)

If you dont want to roll for a skiller or the higher sustenance suffix, a ilvl 35 charm should give you the chance of most of the best bowazon affixes. You could also skip the chance of the highest shimmering prefix and use a lvl 31 charm (takes the defense prefix out of the hat at least).
 
I would really want the full 15% resist all.

For FRW I looked at the small charms and they have a frw of 3% so 3 of those would be better than a 7% GC because you get 2% more FRW and 2 more mods for the same amount of space.

With harmony on switch FRW charms are not really needed as much as they used to be.

anyone figgure out where all the mlvl 35 monsters are hiding yet??

Pop the containers in the WSK L2 in Normal mode. I actually got a 15% all res GC from a container place in there with one of my nl Sorceresses. I was pretty thrilled. Then I traded it. :p

hi got some question. is the gc with +3-4 worth keeping? i have some before but i throw it away thinking it is worthless.
 
With only +3 or 4 max in the suffix slot then you know it's an ilvl 71 charm. you can reroll it if you like. But if it doesn't already have a second mod I would hesatate because I wouldn't know if the alvl was 2 or not.
