Should be same as in any bow, just use plain bow *).

*) I just tested with my great 10%-harmony, its only 285 102 per charge.

That great-bow is my only harmony so can't test normal cost.

Doesn't repair charges. You need a gem too, just don't remember which quality.

1 Ort Rune + 1 Chipped Gem (any kind) + Weapon = Fully Repaired and Recharged Weapon
You cannot repair ethereal weapons.

But tbh I don't think a Revive-Enchanting sorc can be too fun to play.
