Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

Asrrin, I apologize for misspelling your name. Do you have a power? If you do you don't have to review it, but it'd be great if you could give us useful info.

I'm happier with Asrrin being the judge of when he needs to reveal more at this stage thanks - thanks to Caluin Graye we already have enough info

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

I say we go for those who actually defended Marahumm and were against his lynch. The mafia knew Marahumm was telling the trust and now they can claim that they are town since they defended Marahumm. That or a lurker.

That is far and away, the most illogical thing I've ever heard you say.

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

Yes, I have a power, unfortunately it's not an informative role. Hence I know Cal is confirmed townie, and by extension Krazey and Loz. TC is cleared simply by Mara's lynch, which leaves everyone else suspect. Of everyone else, I'm firmly convinced Ankeli, Noodle, Zarni are scum, and I'm suspecting Bad Ash and Techno are as well (BA because of his slips ups, and techno for lurking)

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

What happened to lynch the active and let the lurkers live? :P Out of the lurkers Ankeli, Noodle and Techno spring to mind.

Was that ":P" supposed to mean that you acknowledged my sarcasm?

Asrrin, I apologize for misspelling your name. Do you have a power? If you do you don't have to review it, but it'd be great if you could give us useful info.

I'm sure he'll tell us once he has something relevant and useful.

Why? I would be against lynching a cop if I were mafia. Then I could NK said cop and leave the town wondering. Then I could go about saying I was against it and earn me town credit.

What is that certainty based on?

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

What do we think about Caluin Graye letting us know what he saw last night?

I'm intrigued as well. As a confirmed power role, he's high on the list for a possible NK, and I'd like us townies to get as much info from him as possible.

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

What do we think about Caluin Graye letting us know what he saw last night?

Unless he has damning evidence of someone I suggest he doesn't say anything. Getting no result means a player doesn't have a PR so mafia can narrow the field of townies with potential PR's and hit one of them. That goes the same way if he targeted someone who targeted another player. Unless it's damning, mafia benefit more.

Why? I would be against lynching a cop if I were mafia. Then I could NK said cop and leave the town wondering. Then I could go about saying I was against it and earn me town credit.

There's a flipside though. The nokill last night could mean mara was targeted and saved and the doc would be opposed his lynch. And that's just one reason. It's too much of a gamble just to lynch on that criteria.

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

What I saw last night can only help mafia and helps town in no way. Therefore, I believe it's in our best interests if I don't share it.

I also have a stupidly crazy, whacko out there theory regarding the kidnapper, but I'm loathe to share it based on how silly it all sounds.

Noodle, IMO, is our safest lynch target. So...

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

Alright, well apparently my theory was correct that the kidnapper(s) could only kidnap every other night. That's also an extreme amount of luck that both scum factions targeted the same guy! If we had had 2 townies down, we would be in a real pretty pickle! It's a shame Mara really was town. However, it does mean that TC is solid gold.

I think it's pretty funny how Noodle has posted more in the last 5 hours than he has in the whole game. That is looking mighty funny indeed...

I'd like everyone to answer the question as to whom I should investigate.
Gory definitely. I have a hard time imagining both scum factions randomly selecting him. One or both probably knew what he was, leaving us the only ones who don't. :\

If we have two factions going at it I wonder if they are aware of each other - hopefully they might do damage to each other as it seems townies are getting rare!
I HOPE they can hurt each other! They need to starting picking at each other for a while! This is getting really bad.

As for me lurking and not contributing, last I checked, I was about the only one thinking there was a chance we could save Leo if we caught the kidnapper. Everyone else just gave her up for dead. Not very townie if you ask me. And apparently, since TC was able to talk to her, I was probably right. Did she say anything else TC? Give any other clues? Fortunately, we don't have to worry about that this time, and HOPEFULLY, we can string this creep up along-side his mafia cousins SOON.

I have to disagree with this. Any information helps the town. And since your power can't reveal roles I can't see how it would benefit the mafia.

I am also interested as to your theory about the kidnapper. I promise not to laugh to hard ;)

Oh, and I'm right along with everyone else. Noodle has gone quiet for far too long.

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

TC, the Kit can only be used at night.

Zarni - Bad Ash and Ankeli are two of my greatest concerns at this point and I would vote for either. The faintly townish read I had for Ankeli initially has largely evaporated with his near complete lack of scum-hunting this round.

Near complete lack of scum hunting? I know I haven't posted much, but what I've posted hasn't been spammy in the least.

My concern is that people who haven't claimed jumped quickly on very little last day phase and then all flipped to marahumm just as easily when he was up for a lynch. They know who the town roles are and they are (almost) the majority of players left. Ankeli and Zarni both tried to start a train on me with a "just cause" mentality IMO. I would also like to see ankeli lynched as it seems he is trying to sway people into poor decisions

I didn't start a lynch on you for a "just cause" mentality, and with Mara being the cop, I can actually voice my concerns for you. You said, was it yesterday, that you have "a very good reason for wanting Mara dead." This leads me to believe that you're either scum or an insane cop who had investigated Mara. Your question to me about who I'd investigate supports this as well. Which is it?

Assirin - he targeted TC night 2 and TC is still alive. CalG and Him are on the same side, I'm leaning them towards town right now.

I wonder why anyone hasn't realized this yet: Asrrin targeted TC on night 2. On night 2 we also had a doctor most likely save someone. Now, that makes Asrrin either the doctor, or the would be killer. If BA wasn't so damn fishy I'd be all over Asrrin. I'll take that 50% chance anytime.

Just tell me this to relieve or condemn Asrrin. The person you saw act last night wasn't targeting Goryani, right? Because you'd told us already. So the person you saw act was most likely the doctor. Was it, or was it not Asrrin? I've already blown his cover with my post and if he's not mafia he'll most likely end up getting killed for it, but like I said, I'd take the 50% chance any day. If it isn't Asrrin who you saw act, don't tell their name.

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

I guess you could've also seen KI handing out an item, in which case you can say so, just don't call out the target.

Actually, this post sort of confirms it. He wouldn't be so eager to get the information revealed if he was pro-town, aka. the doctor.

BA, you live to see another day. ;)

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

Ankeli, would it surprise you that it wasn't just you that worked out what Asrrin may or may not be?

This should not have been discussed until Asrrin was looking like being lynched. With the numbers of town and mafia nearly even, a doc is worth much more to the town than he is on Day 1. Add to that, virtually everyone now is a 50% chance mafia. I'm afraid your instincts and logic, which are normally sound, have let you down here.

If Ankeli's Role PM says he is town aligned, I still think he is anti-town by his actions. this round. I would vote him, but it looks like Noodle is the best chance for a lynch, unless some other info comes to light. However, I'd vote Ankeli with no problem at all.

Noodle has four votes at the time of typing. I will place one on him a bit later but I don't want to see a rushed lock on him, as there is a chance he is town after all. More thoughts, people?

I might not have internet for a few days so here's my vote:

I don't know if he's our best target (I have a few other people who are more likely to be anti-town), but he's a very solid one.

Before I say anymore, I'd like to see if TC's corpse inspection has yielded any results.

All I know is that we have 12 people alive, out of which at least 4 are mafia. Most likely 5. We need to start bagging them *today* or we'll be left watching the 2 anti-town factions duke it out between each other. If I hadn't brought this up now, it'd been too late.

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

Besides, I think the odds of Asrrin being the doctor are rapidly falling from that 50%.
