I've seen a few different streamers show similar weapons and say they are "worth something" even if they are normal tier as they can be upped but they didn't mention what they are worth or even specifically what to look for. I don't see how any rare weapon could be better than say grief so I can't imagine it being hr good but is this worth anything?
