I got a nice circlet from Mephisto the mods were like this:
2 to Nec
20 FCR
28 Str
and some crappy
8% Leech (life or mana but can't remember)
and some AR
I'm still not decided whenever to sock and use it or to trade it...

This is either some mod, or hacked. Normally, an armor with 21 FHR and life leech cannot spawn.

i had the same thoughts, but even with the inaccuracies, it's still not very good. if you're going to hack something, make it better.
