i dunno, my goldfind neccy would use a belt like that. nice res, decent goldfind and some handy fhr.

No don't dupe it - it's a b-net thing to play with duped stuff
Meph: Yes, you are right, I missed the GF and thought it was just FHR with minor res and thought that was kinda on the low side... but yeah, it would wtill be a nice belt uped... but it will no longer be a great twinking belt if you up it...

Someone commented on the absence of jewels and I happen to have one.
Not sure how good it is though
I think the str and light res are on the low side.
edit: just found another one..
And also got this amulet through gambling. Not sure if the mods are a good or bad mix =P

the only good rare i've ever found was like five years ago, and i lost it in a scam shortly after:
rare elite axe (small crescent)
417% ed
40% ias
+14 max dam
+18x ar
6% light resi
the actual 1 hand damage was 196-323, with a -30 base speed.
