Read my post again.
I was saying that it's much easier to dupe runes than it is to cheat good rares - thus, those boots are most certainly legit. (which you never can know about HR)

This person plays single player, and thus doesn't have an Ume's or a Gravenspine right now.
They need to rely on rares like this until they Mf one.

Most people prefer Fools over Cruel. It's also very slow even for assasins. The dmg will be good, but not worth it when there's readily available uniques with equal or better states/dmg.
