it aint great and got charsi'd, but dang if this had been eth-repair-2sox, i might have used it on mah charge'din for style points.
first time i ever got over 400% ED on a rare tho....

Yeah meph, i recently found my first 400ed+ weapon aswell, a 422ed Shamshir with 10ias but sadly nothing else remotely interesting. I kept it in my stash for a week or so before finally facing facts and charsi'ing it.
@Alfa - personally i wouldn't, 249ed is too low, tho you do have a few nice mods on there, i wouldn't say it was worth the Um.

yar. even eth/repair/2sox and that decapitator still wouldn't come anywhere near the damage output of my e-Death decap.
with the fools mod, the max %ED you can get is 300%, so 249% is pretty damn good actually.
what it really "lacks", as per usual with rare weapons, is eth-repair-2 sockets.
damn Grief is so overpowered (and cheap, even for Gul-cubing loons like myself) it's nigh-on impossible for any rare weapon to compete with it.

Edit: I should mention that this sword is a fake, made in a game editor as an experiment to come up with the most powerful sword that could be spawned in D2. I'm not trying to ruin the thread; I figured this would be worth looking at as a measuring stick to compare other rare weapons to what their max potential could be.
