More selfuse value than tradevalue imo. It lacks Life to be worth alot, but its a likeable belt.

it's nice in that it has no bad mods. it's nice in its simplicity. not worth godly amounts, but still worth trading.

FHR, Dex and a decent wodge of Mana? very nice for es sork. be better with Poison Length Reduction tho....
crafted boots can get godaweful amounts of +Mana on 'em.

I even spelled it out, and you still don't know what these boots are used for....
They really shine on melee sorcs.
Crafted boots aren't that good on melee sorcs, the %increase is negligible, since you will barely hit 3k mana. Crafted mana boots work really well on other ES sorcs (fb, blizz, light) since they don't focus on block, and can pump energy and reach 5-6k mana. That 5% increase will go a longer way.
Rare boots can get 5-6 good mods as opposed to the crafted boots 4 mods. And even if you do manage to find someone who has crafted mana boots with 4 good mods, expect to pay a lot.
Rare boots are severely underrated.
I currently use these boots
Imagine if they were crafted with 49+ mana and 4-5% mana increase. They would cost 2-3 perfect anni's. Where as I got these rare boots for a fraction of that. Plus if they were to be crafted boots, they wouldn't have that sexy fire resist.
