Yes they do. 2/20 is mandatory for being better than the unique Barb helms.

Don't be so quick to let it go. You may want to research a bit to get the maximum value of the item. I am not 100% up to date with the current economy, but I'm fairly confident in saying "don't let it go for single digit HRs." That is, by far, the best Singer Barb helmet I have ever seen. It has everything a Singer Barb would need, and a lot of it. Wow!
