My act1 merc dianne uses a dream hlem. I probably wouldn't, I'm currently using a +skill / frw / resists / stats circlet.

I use a Dream on my PvM strafer for the lightning damage. The resists and stuff are cool too. But my main reason for using it is because it's shiny.

Dream works better with Multishot. The 1-648 lightning damage is added to every arrow, and each arrow can hit multiple times with Pierce. Used on a mob, you could hit 15+ times with a single Multi shot. In other words, it adds up to roxxorz.
