I dont' see why it wouldn't work.. It would just have to go through the Leech PVP Penalty which has jumped from 1.09.
Though.. if you had 4 extra skill points, might I suggest, Cloak of Shadows?
+19% defense
-24% ennemy defense.. that can be the difference between winning and losing..

now ya do man... and/or woman...Yeah I initially thought i could use it to gain an edge, but after testing many times with a friends pally, and my own conc barb, i realized that something was up. i didnt need to see any specifics on this to know it was crap.
so look at it this way: when that barb has 30k defense, your cloak might reduce it by... 500? 1k? a mere drop in the bucket. :/
