question about strafe last break points

k first question:
matri has [-10](checked arreat summit) and gmb has [10](checked arreat summit), i heard that marti is faster, can some1 explain this 1?

ok second question:
if i use 20 ias gloves 20 ias amu and 20 ias on the bow (ice bow gives 20ias)
what lvl has to be the fanat on my merc bow if i use gmb and matri.

EDIT: beaten by Krem...

You'll notice that you reach max Strafe speed and 8 frame FA/normal attack with GMB and 50% more IAS on top of even the lowest Fanaticism roll
