quest? and progress?

what diablo quests are you busy with, and whats your progress? ill start by displaying mine:

hardcore septavirate:
3/7.
guardians in necromancer(l84 summoner), druid(l85 shockwave\armageddon) and sorc(l83 tri-elemental).

softcore septavirate:
3/7.
patted a pally (l86 avenger) and a druid (l85 furywolf).
matted a amazon (l83 or 82 - cant remember, lf javezon)

grail quest:
i need 198 more items. which mostly includes elite uniques, the last 9 runes, and expansion sets and class uniques.

l99 quest:
im planning to this in hardcore and softcore with my best and fastest killer. however, this ill do only after and if finish the septavirate.
 
Interesting idea for a thread, mordalles, I'll join in, though my "deeds" aren't too big... :lol:

first Pat quest:
Fanat/Zeal Pally lvl70 leveling up and doing some MF with NM Mephisto to prepare for Hell. He was owned in Hell.
FrenzyBarb lvl54 questing in act3 NM.
RainbowDruid in act3 NM. He'll never go far, too many points spread around.

Started to collect grail when I started the NM Meph runs, progress is quite slow due to very bad MF gear.

And last but not least, I'm thinking of starting a SPF MP only -character with you guys out there. Would be a blast... :buddies:
 
Untwinked Grail for the most part. Don't ask me how many items i still need, i might start crying.

Oh and the (un)holy quest for the (god soddin) SoJ & HoZ
 
My goals tend to be rather nebulous, so calling them a quest is overstating the issue, I think. Anyway, if I have a goal, it's to get all seven characters to Pat/Mat status--so far I have two (Necro and Sorc), with a Hunter druid currently stuck in Act 4 Hell because his merc insists on dying all the time.

Of course, since I hate and despise Barbarians of any ilk (never had one past Act 3 Normal), getting all seven may be a bit of a problem...

My goal? To have a great time with the game. (so far so good :thumbsup: )

Things to do while I'm having a great time: Trading Grail (116 items left)
Lots of Mats/Pats
Become a dueler, who can win at the odd duel (I'm not greedy, a 10% success rate would keep me going).
Try out a lot of builds, 20 at last count. :lol:

Item and Rune grail: depressing, don't ask. :lol:

Try out Interesting builds: too many to count, 17 to go at last count.
 
i'm working on getting my first Guardian. :teeth:

also on beating the game with each class using their own class-specific set. so far i've done the zon and the sorc and am working on the barb.
 
Quest: SC Self-found Grail, I don't include runes or ethereals (expect those that are always ethereal)
Progress: Just hit the 2/3 marker.

Quest: SC Septavirate
Progress: 2/7, Sorceress in development @ lvl 80

Current Objective: Finish my 1131 Pindle runs
Progress: Done about 860, so only 271 left.

Beside that, I have lofty goals (like everyone else) and little time.

SC - Mat/Pat all 7 character classes (0/7) [Sorc in Act 3 Hell]
SF Grail - I started over in 1.10 and have about 25% so far
1 guardian - just to do it.

next characters??? - venomancer, IK WW barb or leap barb, druid or pally (haven't played one yet!)

Current: Barb (N A2 thrower), Sorc (NM A2 Meteorb) - gosh barbs and sorcs are irritating!

Others:

Quest: 1 Guardian
Progress: Normal Andariel last death :teeth:
Current: No HC chars

Self found grail, perfect grail, ethereal grail
Don't bother to ask. Gotta get Fara.

Quest: 1.10 level 99 char
Progress: level 88 fishymancer - please don't laugh
Current: not sure exactly what to do

Quest: Have fun and help other members of the forums
Progress: Playing when I can, arranging some nice trades, a few giveaways, info where I can add something.
Current: Looking for new ideas.
 
Quest: Softcore 7/7 mat/pat
Progress: 3/7 Finished with Necro, Sorc, Druid
Current: Assassin, level 74, Act I Hell, Barb, level 50ish, idle in Nightmare, Amazon, level 27, Act III Normal. Can I just say I don't like Paladins at all. That will be my most difficult one.

Quest: HC character to Hell
Progress: Closest I've ever been is Act 5 Nightmare, died in the Halls
Currently 3 TWD characters in Act II NM

Quest: Self Found Grail
Progress: About 70% complete
Current: I've found most of what NM Meph can drop, and I'm looking for a good Hell Meph map. Checked over 30 and best is still about 15 teleports to level 3. So currently, I'm just playing the game, and marking something off the list now and then.

Progress: 4/7 complete
Status: The last three have been started, but I'm continually distracted by quest #2...

Quest: Play HC tourneys, and try to win a few
Progress: Since 1.10 has been released I've continually been in at least one contest, but have yet to win one - best was 3rd in the last Three-Way-Dance.

Quest: Be a fair SPF mod
Progress: I've done alright I guess ;)
 
Build Grail

21 single skill tree only builds - must only beat nightmare mode
Progress 3 complete, 4th is in act 2 nightmare
Fire tree sorc - check
trap tree assassin - check
combat masteries barb - check
elemental tree druid - act 2 nightmare
all others - act 1 normal warming hands at the bonfire.

Build design quest

To build an unknown build that could make it far into Hell with the help of a good player.
Success well not yet but getting close on an items list.

Tourney quest

To create a tourney of interest that gives skilled players a compitition that is not of common builds and getting massive amounts of items but rather skill at playing a hard build.
Progress tried runerace - alot of response not well developed
tried magibarb tourney - little to no interest
tried marrowwalk contest - very touchy controversal results
trying mastery sorc tourney - just started a bit of interest only 2 entrants thus far.

overall quest

have fun and enjoy a great game

A couple of interesting goals in this thread :)

My goals:

1) SC Titan Septvirate: no vit, untwinked, full clear, most do not use shields. Each time my char dies, I need to switch to the next one on the list.

Progress: 0/7 :lol: They're all stuck in act 1.

2) Self-found Grail: slightly seperated from just the Grail

Progress: I have no idea :) I've kept records of the wonderful gifts pple have handed to me so it shouldn't be tainted.

3) Finding a girlfriend who plays D2.

Progress: Utterly disappointing. Found girls who play sims, pokemon, neverwinter nights, counterstrike! but none D2.

My quests are simple:

One Pat/Mat in each class. I have one conc barb and one strafezon now. I am currently working on a fishymancer-lvl 24 act 2 normal ATM.

Then move to a few HC characters. I have a level 12 hammerdin now, but he has been idle lately.The AE quest of 7 Guardians will not happen for me unless I play this game for the next 10 years because I am lucky if I get 5 hours per week to play. But I will always want to mess around with other SC builds, too.

2nd quest: 1.10 Item Grail is 45% complete.

3rd quest: stay alive long enough for D3 to come out!

Last quest: never hear my doctor say I can't drink beer anymore.

SC Mat/Pat 6/7 Each one is named from a hero in "Master of Magic"
The last one, the Assassin is in Act 1 hell.

Item Grail 11 Set/45 unique left to find.

My quest: To be able to play the game for more than like an hour a week. :teeth:

EDIT: Forgot to note that I came into this thread hoping for some discussion of "Progress Quest."
