I don´t pronounce the abbreviations, as I very rarely use them. When I read, in my mind they show up as their full name.
Otherwise:
Tir: tiir
Sol, Dol: sool, dool
Lenymo: le-ny-mo (short vowels everywhere)
Baal: bail (like Anya says it)
Fal: faal (like HBB says it)
Kremtok: kreem-took (long vowels both places. Weird name...)
Amn: amn (exactly as in "namn" (swedish for "name"))
Zod: sodd (same "o"-sound as in "locked"; where on earth did that "r" come from, falcon4eva?)
Gul, Pul: guul, puul (this really long "u" doesn´t exist in english)

(family name is of french origin)
Finally, I pronounce Désirée the same as HBB, or like frenchman would.
(the name means "the desired")
