In all fairness i dont think you will get a lot of reactions on this post but lets give it my take (with the chance of being cancelled and downvoted into oblivion)
these are some nice levelling boots. Do they hold value? No i dont think so. Nats boots are dirt cheap (gems) and come close to these.

Agreed I’ve seen similar but with triple res go for sur range
