Wow, they fixed the Fangskin drop bug! I didn't expect that, although it was probably easy to achieve that.
Seems the patch was re-released to PTR a few days ago (http://forums.battle.net/thread.html?topicId=23393069953&sid=3000). The extra changes that jump out at me in this one are:

- Fixed an issue where some players could kill other players while in town
("TPPK").
- Fixed an issue where some players could disconnect other players when
they had too many active states.
- Fangskin should now properly drop loot in Hell difficulty.
- Fixed an issue where the Paladin class runeword 'Principle' wasn't
having all of its stats applied properly.
- Combo points awarded by combo moves now last 15 seconds, up from 9.

That is not a legitimate way to stop the whole issue of " I can't carry all the items I want in a loot based game".
And they've improved rune drops one more time. Surs/Bers/Jahs/Chams are dropping left and right in SPF.Seems like rune duping will be much less profitable now.

HOLY COW!!! Runes are plausible drops now!? No more rune dupes?! I can actually craft gear now without duped items?!

Interesting... What changes could be applies that would not require a beta?
More inane / useless skills being insufficiently changed :unimpressed:
Add / activate several runewords that are in the game files but not used?
Add new items/ suffix's prefix's? (In the beta I've seen "yadda yadda circlet of the Elephant" which I have never seen before...
Increase overall health of players to balance out the game? (Always found it funny most char's can pump out +100k damage in a moment but have less than 5k health. ) Or possibly re-implement pre-1.10 to provide more variation in gear?
I can't really think of any other changes that wouldn't require beta testing?
I need to stop speculating over nothing.
