The Empress and myself went down the aisle to Pacahbel's Canon.
We had the theme from Blackadder for our escape down the aisle (honestly).
That raised a few eyebrows, I can tell you.

Yeah, we kept it secret too. It was totally worth it to see a load of our friends trying to keep their serious wedding faces on and not start giggling.
It was a plan as cunning as a fox that'd just been made Professor of Cunning at Oxford University.
edit: and our reading was from Dr Suess, read by a woman with the strongest Welsh accent you've ever heard. She was the only Welsh person there, too. There was a lot of confused looking elderly relatives straining to hear and only being able to hear Dr Suess (which of course made no sense to them).
