What the hell? You know, I used to have a job that I got through a contact, and it was a good paying job that would've taken me places, but I opted out of it because it wasn't what I wanted to do with my life. Since then I've had three jobs (quit one, one the company close down, at the third one) and it didn't take much to get them. Just me being persistent. The other problem is people tend to get into "well no job is better than a low paying job". Psh, I work for 7 bucks an hour at a grocery store while I pay my way through college, I'm sure anyone could get a job like that.
