You guys break/ruin all your systems. I plan to have my Atari through whatever system is around till the day I die. And it will all work still and I will come back from the dead to haunt whoever ruins it.


Actually the game I want to get for Genesis is Herzog Zwei. I had it but someone stole it. It's not an easy game to find either.

You can get a Sega-CD emulator for your PC and run the games off the original CDs It's a halluva lot better than trying to play on that damned old machine that had a nasty habit of crashing all the time :grrr:

Sonic 3 & Knuckles was the best sonic game ever, I so wish I has a copy of it :spy: Its wierd how poor the animation of Sonic is in Sonic CD, its like playing a bigger version of the original sonic game, although the Speed Dash was a great inovation that they've never repeated as far as I can tell...

Me goes off to change the sig to a side-on view...

Why did they remove the viewing thingie?
If it keeps the servers up indefinetly I'm content but I would imagine it just cuts down on loading times of the threads which was tolerable anyway.

Any news on the pal forums about this "feature"?

And I can't pseudo-lurk for hours on end when I forget I'm logged in and viewing a thread when I go away for dinner/shopping/GB/sacred/etc...

That was to be expected... I guess someone will make a stink about it anytime soon anyway so better to lie low and let others get the credit/blame for bringing it up.

Anyway, isn't there a maximum amount of active(pages 1-3 or something) threads per member or something? I mean this RetroStar is all nice and stuff but seems like he is asking about every decision he has come across in the game since he made a druid. Could someone just tell him subtly(sp) to play the game himself for a change?

On a lighter note, we have a national celebration coming this weekend. We do a bombfire(if it's not raining) and drink beer till the small hours. Its a kind of traditional new summers party when people of old used to gather up all the broken and useless stuff they had aquired during the year and burn them up so they could free some storage space for new and exciting things you can collect during the next year.
Breaks up the monotony nicely.

yeah... the more money, the higher the status (there's a platinum as well)... plus, the higher your status the more space you get in your pm box (you also get other features that you will never ever utilize)

sorry Ash, you were in an aduka game so I went elsewhere, then my phone rang and I'm waiting to hear back about that job at john lewis so I dashed for it. I really wish that old lady would stop caling me and going, "oh... wrong number, sorry" its getting nippy.

the amount you pay determines your status, big checks = bigger avatar, extra PM space and a few other bits and bobs I don't bother with.

Bronze pal is only ~£2.37 ($4) for three months.
