Overdose on pain medication or sleeping pills.

Shotgun in the mouth ought to do it. You'd be dead so fast you'd not feel any pain.
Painkillers + bath + cutting various major arterries. If you take enough pain killers it wont hurt, and it'll be effective.
Iirc there is a vain in the top of your leg that if cut you'll bleed out in around 10s...? I could be wrong about that though.
Just don't throw yourself infront of a train, that's so annoying for everyone else.
Carbon monoxide poisoning. It'll be just like getting a bit wozy and passing out, 'cept you don't wake up.
FYI there are forum and chat rooms dedicated to this sort of thing. Depression Support on Yahoo chat is quite nice sometimes. But if you really wanna commit suicide there are places that will tell you how.
Strid has some info about suicide, and a bunch of other mad stuff too, but I aint seen him around in a while...

my ladder vex ohm and ist, for his, 2 x ber, zod, and ohm rune.

sorry, i got myself a new set of shape charms. actually, that completes my 2nd set of charms with a few surplus, iirc. The other set of charms went to mr victus. the extras are going to complete my shadow discipline set, i hope.

and all that. But for most people, suicide attempts are the important part. It lets people know that you're serious about it.
Self harming is a form of self medication. It dulls the pain in much the same way as anti-depressant drugs do.
yahoo chat: Health and wellness -> Depression support. Theres a rather nice and understand community there. :thumbsup: There is nothing like chatting with someone who really knows how you feel, cause they feel the same way. Sometimes that can help you through it. Sometimes you can help someone else through it too. I can't help from here, I can only refer him to somewhere he can find people better able to help.
I think about these things far too much. Its part of the reason I avoid thinking
