you can laugh about us dutchies for our lame wooden shoes (were once a symbol of the netherlands, it has fallen a bit to the background though)

Having said that, the kinda Scots who would be out and about wearing kilts would generally be the kind who would take that kinda comment in a good natured way. And the kind of Scots who would beat crap out of you wouldn't need a reason to...
