Re: OT: Mafia game
That was quite an ending for yesterday. Sadly, the players are killing themselves quicker than the mafia can. But turning our attention to today’s events and only one killing (both groups targeted the same player because 2 different party notes = 2 mafia groups at Zhao's house), do these notes look forced to anyone but me? I’d say they were only meant for wasting the town’s time, but this one struck a nerve with me.
@ BobTheWarrior- Still look like a note in Crowd Control’s style?
I think that’s an obvious mention to me in that note. “Fluid†is too stupidly obvious a hint at my own online moniker, Liquid, and doesn’t even really make sense in the way it’s being used. (Not to mention it has changed from omniscient to a clear solo writer with words like “myâ€. Not that that really means anything though)
I was almost lynched yesterday, now Zhao is dead (like I had hoped for), and I have a note with my name alluded to in it. Does anyone else smell an obvious setup? By *both* mafia groups! With so many roles having been killed and NK’ed so far, it’s going to be harder to spot a fake cop claim. The power of my role in a partial reveal game comes from ID’ing the dead guys to shoot down false-claims when they arise.
As for what I discovered after looking over the latest body, it’s clear (and odd) that Zhao was a Bitterroot Mason. Zhao’s role surprised me a bit (I was expecting something more sinister), but his death ID is actually a stroke of luck on my part. His Masonic partner(s) could actually come forward and clear me by confirming his role. I’m not asking them to come out of the woodwork just yet, but this might be something to think about in the future.
But speaking of doing a little critical thinking, let’s take a look at vorstelman. He left us with a pretty unbelievable claim a mere 3 minutes before the day ended.
Let me just say this again for the record. You are lying. Gorny *was* a plain townie. I’d stake my life on that fact. (and could screenshot Aman’s PM if that didn’t break some rules) Would you bet your cop blood similarly? If you were strung up today, that’s the story you’re sticking too? That you are a cop that came forward on the first day? Hopefully there isn’t anyone in this game stupid enough to believe that. You’d go down in history as the worst cop ever. And since you are alive today, that means that both mafia groups didn’t buy your false-claim, or worse, that you are part of them. (And I see no reason to false-claim if you’re on the town’s side) Drop the act and give us the real scoop. What were you trying to accomplish by lying?
However, to entertain your false-claim, if you are indeed the cop (which you 100% are not), who did you investigate last night and why?
You can keep my vote until you convince me of a good reason to pull a stunt like that (i.e. indefinitely)

@ Aman- One more quick question, but since it’s part of my abilities, do I get to examine the bodies and look at the roles of Hey, Diilegend, and kertin$? It would actually make sense from a role-playing standpoint…

vorstelman said:i know for sure that liquid is a liar, now this might be a bit dangerous but i just want to put this out to you guys, I had been assigned the role of the ''cop'' and i investigated the role of gorny the first night and found out he was in fact a ''mafia''
