Corax: are you ok? how did it go?

well its thursday night. and im up 1 kitten, who is currently tearing around the house with the border collie on his heels. my other cat didnt mind too much. so yea. things with little rusty are going well. guess his colour?

and im still 1 gf. not sure whether this is what either of us want, i care for her but i dont know bout a relationship, but after talking for awhile we've decided to give it another shot, so to speak. ive let her know that things wont be the same and i wont let her walk all over me like she used too. so we'll see were in goes from there. thanks for the tips guys.....and sidhhe  your all top mates.

oh yea solo= teh pwnt nub

holy crap the cat has gone psycho. he just leapt onto my lap and launched off the overside into the window. and the dog tried to follow him.

funny formal stories anyone?
the waiter stole my dinner AND my dessert while i was still eating both. then later on when id gone to slow dance with the gf he swiped my nearly full cup of coffee. but damn the coffee was weak, i normally have it milk n 2 sugars. last night i was drinking it straight black and it still tasted like tea.

i kicked one of the teachers when some friends made me do the nutbush. she walked in front of me during the kicking part.heh

best of all: when going back to an after party with the people from our table the guys went in one car and the girls went in the other. and we were headed over a bridge with bright orange markers with the thick black bases. we slowed down and nabbed three of them, then we got to the friends place first and we put them out across the end of her street. so the girls had to go RIIIIIIIIIIIGHT around..teheh. it was funny if you were there.

Hi Corax and Sidhe :howdy:

Nice to see you as a (hopefully) steady spammer in here Sid (mind if I call you that? ;))

Corax, sorry to hear about the problems you've encountered with your girl. Did they just appear out of the blue, or did you have problems over a longer period? Im happy you're still together tho. What did she say when you asked her why she ditched you on the anniversary?

Yeah, sure, i can spread my spamming over two threads, this one and the EMB, no probs ;)

Hey all hope life is treating you well.

The hunt for Griz's set continues, no luck so far, I'm beginning to think they don't exist. Have bought my Hammerdin (lvl90) out of retirement to run Baal for a bit, we'll see how we go.

@Corax - have some funny formal stories, but probably not siutable for this forum! especially with Sidhe being a regular reader now!

@Kaysaar - I don't envy you... I used to leave essays till the last minute at uni. Not much has changed now, come to think of it. You're in the states right??? You don't get a big break over christmas iirc?

@Rizzo - You over being sick yet? What do you do for work???

@all - hope you are all well.......

Well grogs the first essay isn't so bad. Its 2000 words on the differences between the role of God in Biblical historiography, and the roles of the Mesopotamian/Egyptian gods. I'm working on it as I procrastinate ;). It's actually relatively interesting. I never really read the Old Testament, and I've learned its a good read. I'm agnostic, but I still think its a good story.

The other essay isn't too too much of a problem, but it takes a little longer because it has to be in Spanish. This isn't a huge problem, but it requires more analysis then the first essay, and the Spanish makes it take about an hour longer.

I'm from the States, but I go to univeristy in Canada (Dalhousie University). My x-mas break isn't that long, but I'm out of school mid April, so I can't really complain.

30 mins? Well, we havent really done straight rowing, just distances. At the moment it stands at:

2000m - 7.09
5000m - 19.55

The 2k was this week, but the 5k was about 4 weeks ago, so that may be less accurate. That 8058 is pretty damn impressive. Adding it up, thats just a few seconds short of my time if i had carried on with that 2k until it became 8k. Damn, i couldnt keep that rate for that long! You must be fit or stupid!

I just hate that feeling you get towards the end of the middle, where your brain is telling you just to stop and you have to ignore it. Damn, it must have been hard doing 30 mins straight!

It helped that my training partner had broken the 8k mark the week before. And i'll be damned if he'll beat me at anything. But yeah, that was pretty hard.

I just trick myself into aiming for the next ten minutes, then the next five, then the next 2 etc... you'll find you've got a lot more in reserve than you thought. I've sat next to a guy who averaged under 1:50 for an hour - that was impressive

Another cold day here in the North. This cloudy november day does however shine out bright, 'cause today I'm being visited by my girl wohoo! :king: Other than that this day holds work for me, from now, 8:30 CET to 1400 hours. A short day in hell hehe! And for those who do not know what I do, it's Internet Support at a major danish ISP.

How are you all doing this fine morning?

Shermo: nice to see you in here. Keep coming!

It's great that many more join the rant here! Very nice to get some different opinions from other members too.

Mil: What's your problem ( :p )

I no longer know, I was going to say something witty about spamming, but I've lost my train of thought...

Now I'm just looking to see what I can join in on...I've not been around here properly for long time.

Christ! Sub 1:50 for an hour? Now thats impressive.

Its 8.35 am here - just got back from a 6am - 8am rowing session on the canal. Feel v charged, but my pedal just snapped in half on my bike :(

Well you're welcome to join us if you have something meaningful to say (which I doubt :p hehe). Are you sure you don't have any personal problems? Or perhaps some good experience? How is your day today mil?

 you sound like a Psychologist.

Do I have any personal problems? Nope. Good experience? Sadly, the majority of my time is spent at work, so I could discuss how I've collectively brought into the company >100K over the past two months, but really, who wants to hear about me waffle on about work? My day today? It was good, sad in a way as two work mates are now leaving work, so being at my place of work now for 2 years I'm considerd one of the seniors! I'm now sitting at home, loving the warm weather (32 degrees celsius at the moment) tomorrow will be 34. I've doused my dog (German Rottweiler) with water and am now looking for something to relieve my boredom.

About having something meaningful to say, I'm just a prankster, hence a lot of....useless posts...I like to know I make some people laugh...most of my expertise in D2 is either in MF-ing or in association with Paladins.
