OT: Any smiters on tonight (USEast) want to duel my fury wolf?

I can't seem to find any smiters around. I make pubby games and no-one comes.

I need to play around with my gear setup.

If you are still on by the time I get one, I'll help you test. My acc name is *ROMVS. Add me to f list if you want. So far though, I've seen some of the vts on after like 11pm CA time (I'm in Hawaii btw :) ).

before the rest of the pallies get too proud though - i didn't lose any duels against just smite, only vs hammer or foh variant, and even then not without gettin my 2 licks in :D

I see well I haven't lost consistantly vs a fury druid ever so it would be interesting to test it out. *andivius2

once i start dueling the "pure" vindis I might actually start losing. Everyone so far has been hybrid. I might have to even "gasp" ber my shaftstop.

I see well I'm at work still so that isn't going to help. :D

I assume your going big 2 handed weapon since block doesn't mean jack vs a smiter. Although your going to have to get dr from armor and belt/helm.

Yeah, it was harder than I thought it would be. All fury druids I've dueled so far have been 1-h or have had shitty 2-h weapons. Sometimes one hit took half my life, so just going toe-to-toe is a bad idea. I'd like to try something out, but you seem afk right now.

Ely, you have 2400life, 50dr, and a little higher smite damage since you have a 1.09 v/t. I got 2860life, 49dr, and about 2.8k smite with kingslayer. What i don't get is how the hell I lose most toe-to-toe duels against his druid, while you win. I forgot how much def you have, but I think we have about the same (~15k def).
 
well, me and ely dueld 3 times, he won 2-1. not a real good test.

BUT, win or lose, I just wanted to put fury wolves back on the map, and it was probobly the most fun I've had dueling in a long time.

Druids and Pallies playing together again, civily. It's a new era in 1.1.

A little off topic, but I want to duel your fury wolf with my bear-zon, /w *b1ackLabe1 if you're interested.

Actually 3-1 but you could not go toe to toe with me. The only time you can win is if you actually moved back. Click and hold it was not even close cause of knock back and hit recovery.

@Pravda Now did you try different shields? Obviously the big difference in my setup compared to yours is my shield. I used my jewelers kurast while you used your upgraded hoz. I have 2400k life 3.2k max smite but the difference between 3.2k and 2.8k is not a huge deal when it comes to the big druids life. I saw you constantly getting killed which was quite weird considering you have about 400 more life.

also I have 16k defense which is another variable that doesn't matter.
 
When we click-and-hold dueled, he stepped back to outrange me, which I think is okay.
