I would make BotD in a GPA. The only reason to make it in a CB is to have the option of a barbarian wearing it one-handed as well, just in case.

The reason to make it in a Colossus Blade is because it is so much cooler. Polearms are for side-kicks. Heroes use swords. Big swords without shields.

YES, I agree! Reason and calculation is one thing, but doing what feels right is SUPREME!

However, I already made a few BotD+Death frenzy barbs during my bnet times, so I guess that if I should ever get my hands on a Zod rune, it will end up in a BotD GPA!

I remember a buddy of mine had a barbarian with a Silence Archon Staff (non eth of course) in 1.09. Not the most effective build, but a lot of style.
Finding an eth Archon staff would take a while I suppose

And I am not farming like crazy.
