gonna use nw for my frostmaiden
well i got ice mat so thought of socket the nw with cold rbf

also

Coh or Ormus
razortail or other belt
LoH or other gloves?
what boots should i use?

Razortail, definately.
LoH, or a 20 ias/2 bow-xbow glove
I like waterwalks
I'd go CoH for the resists and skills.

Try for the +2 bow gloves. Unlike Strafers, Frostmaidens are all about the +bow skills.

War Travs are nice boots as well

you will prolly need to socket nw with 15 ias jool to reach a certain breakpoint

LoH or 20 ias 2 skill
wartravs or gore
2xraven 20
nw 18\3 (5\3 lvl)
razortail
highlord or eye of etlich
around 7 bow sk
torch (ill try to get 17/17-20/20)

Try 3bow/20ias gloves and 1 bk or 1 soj along with 1 raven. Frost Maidens want +skills.
