Either (A) Loki TV series theme or (b) Mad Bomber*

*Mad Bomber is a normal setup with a typical power roles (possible cop, doc, tracker, roleblocker, etc) but one of the vanilla town is randomly turned into a maniac serial bomber. How and what triggers the bombs...who knows!
