Need help with my classic lld charger

so I have him at lvl 24 (where I want him lld) and I haven't used any stats/skills points so what do I use on him? not gonna go outta my way and do nm and hell skill qs so basically 27 skill points ok and like 115 stat points what do I use em in?

also gear I know some of the stuff ok so whatever I don't know list pls

Might want to consider some more Crushing Blow from Goblins and in stead of hawkmail you could consider the level ... eeehm, 26 or 29 boneflesh.
Why would you want hawkmail anyway ? Being frozen doesn't slow your charge. It may in fact, help to desync the way they see you.

Since he's not using 1 h bhammer + shield as a back up then vs lld bowa he needs cannot be frozen mod as 1 hit from charge does not kill 30 lv lld bowa that has covered his back -> his own hitpoints do not allow to charge away and back after that first hit as Ga does too much dmg. So better obtion is to charge in and zeal away. Still its only vs bowa and not many 30 lvls around that are build nice enough. Might even be that i'm the only one in EU ladder
