my windy druid build

hey everyone. time for another update on this build. it's my first druid and i figured Id make a PvM windy druid.

current level= 62

stat points
********
str: 80
dex:20
vit:210
eng:20

with 25 stat points remaining

skill
***
cyclone armor: 20
tornado: 20
hurricane: 17
twister: 8
oak sage: 1
raven, summon spirit wolf & arctic blast: 1

i have a delerium alpha helm (+3 to hurricane), call to arms (+3 bc, +2bo), enigma armor.

now for my questions:

1) i need 35 dex to use cta, anyone know of any good charms that adds to dex? i was thinking of just leaving dex at base and pumping vitality only, what do you think?

also, my strength is low, at 80, but with charms and items it is at 98 right now. after i get to lvl 65 and can use enigma, i should have a high enough strength for spirit monarch. (i currently use lidless).

2) so now Id like to know your opinions on where i could go with this character, with the remaining stat points and skills. i need to max twister and hurricane. should i max oak sage too? id like to know anything you guys are thinking. thanks

Hi Canadaguy,
Looks like you are doing same PvM build I am.
Answer to question 1 - You'll be probably using Ravenfrost ring at lvl 45 so that plus your base dex should enable you to equip the CTA well before you can use it. I am only using 65 strength (enough for sigons) and have calculated that I will have enough by level 70 or so to use the Spirit Monarch.
Answer to question 2 - I'd say Oak sage. Not just for you but for your merc as well.
I am curious, what merc did you select for your build?
BTW - Cambridge, Ontario here. Where are you from?

hey thanks for the reply. im in Toronto.

i have yet to select a merc yet. not really sure which to pick. im a lvl 80 now btw.

I'd pick NM act 2 Defensive Merc. Last time I played a Windy cold immunes really annoyed me since I mistimed their approach all the time.

The bid T.O. huh? Cool. I've just started my build. I've been gathering endgame gear. How are you doing vs. Physical Immunes?
Verashiden, holy freeze merc it is:) Thanks.
I've decided to use an eth Reaper's Toll on my merc to help with PIs. I'm hoping I'll have a large enough mana pool by then so I won't have to use Insight on my merc.

Eh, Sipping a few mana pots doesn't bother me >.>.

Eth Reapers is definately the way to go though.
