My First Stone of Jordan

After a few years of playing on an off I finally found my first Stone of Jordan, and of course it came from a random normal pygmy in the first level of the World Stone Keep. I identified it immediately because I had a scroll in my inventory, and once my eyes recovered from bugging out I remembered to save and exit. I've lost a couple items like a Mal rune to games crashing before so didn't want to take any risks this time.

ive played for prolly 5 years in all (that doesnt include 2 year break) and never found one. its one of the few items that has eluded me all these years. congrats

I found a couple of them, and I've only been playing D2 for a couple days.

I've found two SoJ's this weekend. One by bloodrushing a friend of mine in act 5 Hell, dropping from a random Stash. And the second one from Andariel Hell.

I've never experienced anything like this before... A few years back, when I played D2, I only found 2 SoJ's in about 2-3 years of gaming..

Years cannot be directly compared between different players. One could play 10 hours a day or just 1 hour -> thus the first persons year might be the same as 10 years for the second dude ^^

Nice find! I've never found one myself after off and on play since 2003 or so.
