My first Matriarch

I finally made it!
Ellisium l88 Metorb sorc finally killed Baal. After getting stuck at the Ancients for about a month I took some time off to do Mephisto mfing runs. Having only actually killed Baal about 6 times at all, I realize now I was just being paranoid. I have to say, I get great satisfaction from raining flaming planetoid objects on demon heads.

Thanks, Corax. I'd be delighted with that. But i've already got Tal's set minus the armour and amulet.

My interest now is really just curiosity to see what the display aura looks like.
I've been trying to decide what my next project should be, but with finals coming up I'm probably going to wait it out a while before I start into anything.

Congrats on the matriarch. I especially eny you getting it with the frozen orb. I gave up trying to get past the Ancients with FO so I started over and went the meteor and blizzard route. It was a lot easier to get past the Ancients with blizzard.

:lol: Well, I do have one in my 1.09 stash, but haven't found one in 1.10 quite yet. And the armour was quite a fluke, although looking at today's daily it would appear they are dropping for other people in record numbers, so if you want one now seems like a pretty good time to go hunting for it!
