Most Weird Random Map?

i ve been self rushing my self, and i found this map of catacombs, i just wounder how often can this happen?

As to the level no I haven't seen anything like that except in the original Diablo.

I think this Durance 2 screenshot beats it:

It cannot be seen very well, but the left room is the stairs up, the lower right room is the stairs down and the upper right one is the waypoint. The screenshot is self-made, I hope that removes a few doubts :whistling:.

I've had the opposite illustration before :

I've had a few maps that were notable, but can't find all of the screenshots. A couple of times I've come across Act2 maps that ended with the Valley of Snakes visible from Lut Gholein (and vice versa).

My favourite though may not've been related to the map seed, but it was awesome. In all 3 levels of the Maggot Lair I didn't encounter a single beetle. Considering I was playing a pure-LF / non-teleporting 'zon, it probably saved me a lot of time.

But the orientation is always as in my screenshot (or rotated by 90, 180 or 270 degrees, with different room layouts respectively). It's not certain that the room with the stairs is to the left, it's just the most probable place.

i ve in counted similar maps to sirpoopsalot, but most wierd once ( i didnt print screen them at the time ) was having cata entrance OVER the wall to your exit, and you have to walk all way around it, with a stupid lay out ( similar to a3 dungen with heart (?) ) for about 20 mins before reaching next level ( after all monsters were killed and i thought it was dead end ( too laze to make extra 2 steps to be sure :crazyeyes: ))
