That seems to be from Lister, not Baal, but GG find anyways =)

....hmm, checking the wiki, Lister is supposed to be lvl 58, and Baal lvl 60, so either the wiki is mistaken, or Listers minions aren't the samme level as him, and one of them dropped it.

The strange thing is tho it's my second Ber from a non-superchest object, while I still haven't seen a superchest drop one.

Edit: In all of the euphoria I forgot to mention that this was on my very first run (not for today, but after a break) while searching for a key because I ran out and one of the chests was locked. Needless to say I didn't went back to open it :D

Definitely happy with this AT map for the MFO. Found an extra cranny that often hides a bosspack, bringing the average up to a respectable 6.5. The rune drop rates in 1.13 are really incredible; in ~2000 runs I've found Vex, Ohm, Sur, Sur.
