There's a maximum of 2 items taken from each entrant per category.

Make sure you realize the mod status of any items you take and act accordingly.


jjscud's "good sportsmanship" suggestions. I won't enforce these but any reasonable person shouldn't have any problem following these.

1. Don't claim items for their trade value, claim items you want to use or as a trophy
2. If you want a trophy, please be considerate (i.e. no grailers)
3. if you claim an item and the player really wants it, give them a chance to trade back their self found item for a similar or better one or other item as you see fit.
4. If someone is claiming one of your items, you may personalize it before giving it to them.

Seriously, the drops this year are pretty insane. Pretty much all TC87 items, at least twie. Double 'lash scores and other random bits of insanity. Hnorable mention to DC and that lone Viperfork.

I really need to get some sleep, so a real wrapup post and celebration for myself will have to wait.

I have to say, though, that as amazing as it is to win (and to find a Tyrael's!; you can ask Zaliqai how excited I was when it dropped lol), I do fee a little sorry that I beat out Hrus. You've been an amazing figure for the whole forum - your MF thread helped me an incredible amount, like most people, I think; not to mention all the other efforts you've put in - and, if I remember correctly, that Tyrael's completes your self-found grail. On top of that, you've come in second to incredibly good scores on several occasions in MFO's before, and now it happens again. It's unfortunate, and I'm kind of sad (as sad as I can be considering we both found Tyrael's!) to see it happen.

Still, you found a Tyrael's and that's more important than anything else in this MFO. Congratulations! You're definitely one of the most respected, and most worthy of respect, members around here and it was a pleasure trying to catch up to you for the whole week.

To get things moving along, I'd like to see the readouts of the Death's Webs and Death's Fathoms (well, Death's Fathom...) from the alvl85 runners. Considering who found them, I assume they aren't grailers for you, but if so let me know and I would be willing to exchange mine for yours if you rolls are better.

Hrus, I hope it wouldn't be too much if I asked for some small trophy to remember this thing by? Doesn't really matter what it is, I'll let you choose.

Depending on those items I asked about, I might ask for a trophy from someone else later, hope that's okay with everyone.

Congrats to all the runners on their amazing hauls, and especially to ther winners - though I admit I haven't actually looked at any of the other categories yet.

@Hrus: I had prepared in fact very nice congrats speach for you, but after seeing results, I had to honestly laugh a lot. Don't we say in czech "Don't bless day before evening" (or how to translate that)? Well if someone deserves such drop then definitely you (I wanted to say it's very stylish to win MFO in such way but ). So in short: big congrats.

@maareek: Well done to be mysterious until end, the bigger surprise then we have and we can sigh while reading results, I really really appreciate that. Even bigger congrats and (heh) it is very stylish to win MFO in this way!

@colony: Shocking to be 3rd with such score. Still congrats.


Finally @Baal: wow, I'm also surprised, Congrats essojay . And I would never guessed I can be 3rd, I think Baal in general was a bit greedy this time towards everyone.

That would be fine. Edit: It dropped Saturday, on run number 3156 of the MFO. I already had the rest of my top 5 by then, the Astreon's and Schaefer's came Friday night near the middle of my 800 runs that day.

Arg! I thought for sure I had third place locked in, but JudgeDread came out ahead!

Congrats everybody on the finds and wins! Special congrats to my teammates! Second place woot!

I myself had an excellent time playing and got a large number of grailers for myself. Fitting though that this is my second Mang's and neither one got me a win . I just couldn't improve my score after around 2k runs. I just kept getting very low end qualifiers. I did have 2 blue unearthed wands, another archon staff that was yellow, and 2 yellow scourges ontop of a Horizon's Tornado, so close......

Once again congrats everybody! Thanks jjscud for hosting! And thanks to the area supervisors!

Two Tyrael's Might armors in an MFO, and very impressive finds all-round, MFO probably doesn't get much higher level than this.

Congratulations to the winners, and congratulations sequana for finishing in the top 3. : )

And I guess I put my team to shame, for not finishing last/getting disqualified. Although my score isn't exactly something to brag about. :badteeth:

essojay: Well done! I was looking forward to see if you could catch up to Zaliqai, and you managed to do so! It is amazing to me that you could win with a runner who could only manage 4-10 minute run times, but that is just a testament to your dedication in this event.

Zaliqai: Level 99 makes you another one of the big winners from this event. . A few more Griffon's Eye for you certainly won't hurt either. .

sequana: Close. . Nicely done passing me in the final few days, though now that I see what people below us found, I can't help but think I should have done some runs in those last few days. *whistle*

A big congratulations to all the competitors for their finds, and huge thanks to jjscud, Jingizu, nepeta, Zaliqai, and sequana for organizing the event and/or supervising the individual categories. Quite an impressive collection of items from top to bottom (well, for the most part at least, ).

EDIT: Regarding items, mine are basically all grailers, but available for taking.

elmer: If it makes you feel better, I saw about two dozen Unearthed Wands and Archon Staffs of just about every non-useful variety possible. .

If I had stopped at 11 PM instead of at midnight, I would have tied Zaliqai--my #5 till then was IK Soul Cage.
