If going for enchant we can use demon limb and spare some more points into blizzard+synergies.
I would love to try something without enchant but I'm afraid that she would have low AR and not enough physical to help her merc.
But I had a great idea, some melee or ranged attack with lots of IAS and with delirium quickly cast on striking confuse or use a attract charge, then Blizzem'all while confused. What do you think?
Those are not bad items, works pretty nicely. Balancing sorc while using those is quite hard, thats why I don't use them. After playing like 10-15 different melee sorcs, I like to hunt those hard hitting bosses, like full game hephasto etc.. there those delerium/demon limb don't work.
Demon Limb gives low level enchant (damage is about half or 1/3 compared to hard points), cost 2x 9k repair (if casting for both merc and sorc). And its too costly to enchant your party members. And that club takes weapon switch slot, melee-caster hydrid pretty much needs both to be effective and easy to use.
Delerium is nice helmet, little costly compared to shako. And shako gives option to use ias-jool in socket.
I don't use delerium with melee sorc, as I like to use Reapers Toll-merc, decrepify is much better curse than confuse. Against champions, bosses those curses in delerium don't work.
And that turning to doll is annoying, no more teleing for next 30 seconds.
Melee-caster sorc is hard to balance, you need ias, fcr, block, damage reduced etc... good test is full game hell-ancients, killing those fast -> then your build works. Main target for my melee-sorcs have been hell travincal, good balance helps there.
As melee sorc can kill hell council members fast, same sorc can be used in next ladder clearing those sinet-bosses and diablo as easily.
