Matriarch Storm - my fastest cookie-cutter grand-grand mother, age 95
Greetings everyone.
I am pretty sure this character won't be anything special or refreshing by the perspective of most of you (sorry ), but she is my fastest one on /players8 so far and the first one to reach level 95. As I understand, the two highest peaks of the mountain range "Cookie-Cutters" are named "King Enigma-Hammerdin" and "Queen Infinity-Sorceress". Those peaks have been visited by part of you already, but I am just climbing up now, to see for myself too, how it really looks up there.
So, my fully-synergized Lightning Sorceress Storm dinged 95 today, screenshot with stats.
Skills screenshot - no "new-bicycle-invented", maxed 5 lightning skills, and those-1 point in Warmth, Frozen Armor, Static Field, Telekinesis, Teleport, the last one I put in Thunder Storm - wanted to get fully synergized first and then the "icing on the cake" afterwards. I have +11 to all skills from gear +6 Lightning skillers (I have no more), so slvl 37 for the damage. Last 4 points would go in Warmth I suppose, or maybe Static? But I am not running towards 99 anyway yet.
Gear screenshot - this is my try at balancing gear for the 117 fcr bp, skills, nice resistances, and some 200+ mf (217 atm):
* my Heart of the Oak Flail;
* Spirit Monarch;
* Arachnids Mesh;
* Griffon's Eye (unsocketed for all the time, I have a +3/-5 facet stashed, but I want a +5/-5 there and am not keen on wasting the +3/-5 one And putting a PTopaz would feel like soiling it... But I guess I will do it for the time being)
* Mara's Kaleidoscope;
* both of my Stones of Jordan;
* Chance Guards;
* War Travelers;
* and Tal Rasha's Armor (yep, for mf, resistances, with a 13res jewel)
On switch I have a rare Poignard from Baal, slvl 3 Lower Resist. I am so used to having a "tiny-pocket-infinity" there. I tried the CtA for a while, but I was ok without it and went back for the slight speed boost. When and if I get Infinity, then I will definitely want CtA do it's job and help with mana. For now the CtA is waiting for an Enigma to show up > and a brave Hammerdin to call for it.
Mercenary gear - my Holy Freeze Gulzar wears:

Why I wrote this: (intro for part 2)
Taking the chance to maybe hear a good advice from the experts around here, how to "re-juggle" the gear more optimally.
And I needed a decent excuse to write shortly about all my mats/pats, so that those who would be wondering, what are the "tools" I work with and gather my gear, runes, gems, charms, could get some more information. Getting my first lvl 95, skill-wise completed character seemed like a good idea for this purpose.
So, Storm was one of my 10 mats/pats, the other are:
* Matriarch Mantra - lvl 94 Meteorb, my first character at my current coming back to the game, retired;
* Matriarch Shiva - lvl 92 pure Blizzard, my newest sorceress (strangely, because now I understand, why is she one of the best "starting from scratch mf" character). Active, trying to get my speed up in AT, still needs tweaking (skillers vs mf?);
* Patriarch Lucien - lvl 83 Summoner, twinked and safe, finished the game with some 260-270 unspent points, inactive atm;
* Patriarch Thorim - lvl 83 Wind Druid, has my first collection of 10 Skillers of one kind (Natural), but inactive;
* Patriarch Hephasto - lvl 89 ww mace Barbarian, my first pat back from 1.10. Sometimes runs Travincal, has IK set. (Spirit Ward on switch with Fade, look at the Avatar )
* Patriarch Lightworker - lvl 91 Hammerdin, waiting for Enigma or to be remade, inactive;
* Matriarch Pharma - lvl 90 pure light amazon, 14 unspent skill points, I like her power (zap, zap, done ), but I don't quite enjoy cow runs and Storm is faster elsewhere, inactive atm;
* Matriarch Phanta - lvl 87 trapsin with maxed SM, to be rebuilt sometime, inactive;
* Matriarch Energy - lvl 86 Firewall/FO sorceress from 1.10, matted (redeemed) her now in 1.12a, stats are baaadly spent, retired.
And there is one Champion, which needs mentioning:
* Champion Bloodfire - my lvl 85 FireSorc from 1.10. She has redeemed herself in many, many ways. Got both of my Stones of Jordan with her from NM Andariel, and she is my LK runner. Very active.
I hadn't realized, but my most active characters are 3 Sorceresses, all pure single Elementalists.
Epilogue:
I thank you for the patience, if you read all and I don't mind if you didn't. When I wrote my introduction thread, I though maybe to include this information there, but decided otherwise in the end, it would have seemed too much of text in one place. And yes, I am very much into cookies still, but I can't tell yet, what I may come up in the future.
